Offering birth support to anyone laboring at Woodhull Hospital, Wyckoff Hospital  & Brooklyn Hospital ONLY

• 3 Prenatal visits for 1-2 hrs each .  Create a birth plan,  go over comfort measures and create a postpartum plan.
• Comfort measure tools included ( TENS machine, birthing ball, peanut ball)
• Virtual backup doula available 
• On-call from 37-42 weeks gestation
• 1 postpartum visit 
• Payment plan & Sliding Scale options are available 

 Now Offering Virtual Birth support to families unable to have a doula in their birthing space due to covid restrictions or other limitations

• 3 Virtual prenatal zoom meetings. we will go over your birth plan, comfort measures, and Postpartum Plan
• Unlimited texts,  emails access to me.
• On-call from 37-42 weeks gestation
• virtual support throughout the entire labor and birth 
• 1  postpartum virtual visit 
• Payment plan & Sliding Scale options are available 

 Are you scheduled for a C-section? Are you worried about breastfeeding or being able to tend to your baby's physical needs while recovering? 

• 3  Prenatal visits, we will discuss the C-section plan, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding education.
• Offer 2 hours of immediate postpartum support while in recovery from procedure.
• Provide Overnight Support from Midnight- 8 am so that clients can get a whole stretch of sleep and not have to worry about the baby.
• 1 postpartum check-in visit

Can't afford my rates? I offer 50% off all packages  (for those who qualify) & payment plans options.

• Must be on Public Assistance, WIC, Medicaid, low-income housing,  Unemployment, or single parent household.
• Offering in-person birth support to families laboring at Woodhull Hospital, Wycoff Hospital of Brooklyn Hospital ONLY
• Offering in-person  Postpartum support to families living in the following zip codes  11206, 11211, 11237, 11249
• Virtual Birth and Postpartum Support is also available.

• Support you in planning and prepping your recovery
• Accompany you on your medical visits and on the day of the procedure. 
• Recovery Checkin call or text

One on One virtual session with me on all things birth & postpartum 

• 2hr classes on all things postpartum or birth 
• Discuss Comfort measures, Knowing your rights, protecting your birth space & choices.
• Discuss the importance of SLEEP, Nourishment, proper physical healing on the body and soul.
• Provide information on local resources and mom groups.

Seeking  extra support at home? As a mother's helper my role is to help take care of mom and offer  guidance & a helping hand  throughout those early days postpartum

• Light cleaning and tightening of the home
• Assist with breastfeeding or bottle feeding
• Assist with meal prepping and making sure mom is eating and resting
• Provide information on local resources and mom groups if needed. 

Sis, Do you need help with getting some baby clothes, diapers, wipes, a car seat, or a bassinet?

Many community members here in Brooklyn have blessed me with donations to give to my clients. ( this is one of the PERKS of hiring me as your doula lol)

• $100 security deposit required, Once the Tens Machine is returned in good/ working condition $60 will be refunded back to you.
